In this workshop we will learn that anxiety, fear, depression (all that sh*t) does not define us. Rather, we can learn from our “stuff” and relate to one another by developing a greater understanding that we are all living a human experience and we are not alone in our struggles. We will begin the practice with a sharing circle meant to create a safe space for truth to be revealed. We will then shift our awareness towards the spiritual, physical and mental bodies as we explore yin postures that are crafted to provide a deep release of tension and negativity. We will end with calming breath work, a nurturing meditation practice and group chant.
